Having yo-yo dieted for three years and joined all the diet clubs in turn, I thought it was about time I took up a more positive eating plan. The personal eating plan is not a diet; you are simply eating sensibly and never feeling hungry. Learning week by week about all the different aspects of food contents and what is necessary for your body, it’s been excellent with the guidance from a really helpful and encouraging advisor.

 

So far I have lost one stone and one pound and feel great. I have more energy and a definite spring in my step. It works. Thank you.
